Røget laks med citronpuré

Ingredienser, 4 pers.
4 stk. koldrøget laks à 100 g.
4 tynde skiver rugbrød
8 spsk. citronpuré fra Sansekøkkenet
50 g. hytteost
1 finthakket rødløg
10 totter purløg
1 kvist hakket dild
1 dl. olivenolie
Salt/Peber
1 bundt krølsalat og radiser eller bolchebeder
 
Fremgangsmåde :
Laksen skæres fri fra skind og røgskorpe. Skyld hytteosten i koldt vand og sigt den. Vend hytteosten sammen med rødløg, purløg og dild og tilsæt olivenolie og salt/peber. Læg rugbrødsskiverne på en bradepande, pensel med olie og krydr med salt. Bages i ovnen ved 160 grader i ca. 15 min. Anret laks med hytteostsalat og rugbrødschips. Servér med citronpuré og salat.
